Donald J Ivol, Jr., RPLU

President of INF, Don received his start in the insurance industry in 1981. As a sales representative with Dexter-Bertholon-Rowland in Pittsburgh in 1989. He became the Director of the DBR operation in 1997, Vice President of USI Colburn Pittsburgh Office in 1999 and President of the USI Colburn operation in 2004. He left the USI operation in 2006 to pursue other interests.

Don graduated from Clarion State College with a degree in Business Administration in 1981 and received his Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) Designation from the Professional Liability Underwriting Society in 1996.  He is a member of PLUS, the Insurance Club of Pittsburgh and the Professional Services Marketing Association of Pittsburgh.  He is a past member of PIMA (Professional Insurance Marketing Association), the Pittsburgh Society of Association Executives, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Speakers Panel, and the Highmark Blue Cross Broker Advisory Committee. 

Don has authored several articles on Lawyers Professional Liability Insurance, participated as a speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association's loss control program on Professional Liability, is an instructor and has taught continuing education courses in professional liability insurance, directors and officers insurance and association sponsored health, life and disability insurance programs.

Pat Brandenstein

INF Sales Executive, Pat began her insurance career in 1980.  Working with Allstate, Prudential and Penn Mutual before working at Dexter-Bertholon-Rowland. Pat has had and continues to have a successful sales career assisting professionals with their health, life, disability and professional liability insurance programs.  Pat maintains her insurance license in six states, including Ohio.

Graduating from Robert Morris University, Pat has both her life/accident and health and property and casualty insurance licenses. 

David W. Graffam

INF Account Executive, David began his insurance career in 1995 with Dexter-Bertholon-Rowland in the sales department.  Focusing on professional liability insurance as well as association life and disability programs, David has had a varied and successful sales insurance career. 

Graduating from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in North Carolina, David received his MPA degree from the University of Pittsburgh.  David is a member and chairman of the Advisory Committee for the Allegheny County Regional Asset District.  He is also a board member of the Jefferson Regional Medical Center.

Robin D. Ivol

Office Manager at INF, Robin attended Clarion State College and has several years of experience in the financial, marketing and sales fields.  She has recently re-entered the work force after taking time to raise her family.

Stacey A. Ivol

Systems Analyst at INF, Stacey is a recent computer engineering graduate from the University of South Carolina.  She is pursuing her doctorate in computer engineering at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Stacey is also the webmaster of the INF site.
